Denver’s Transportation and Infrastructure Committee approved a July 1 consent package led by a $110.24 million construction contract with Millstone Weber for DS West Phase 2 and a $74 million operations-and-maintenance contract with TK Elevator that runs through Aug. 31, 2031.

The committee also approved a $798,582 purchase order for airport maintenance and Denver Police vehicles, a $312,000 amendment to Holland & Knight’s federal lobbying contract for DIA, a $6.77 million amendment to the Clean Energy Fuels contract, and a $5.05 million electrification contract with HEF-P Denver for six solid waste trucks and charging infrastructure.

The consent agenda also included airport concession and lease items for Broncos Mile High Grill, Base Camp Gear & Apparel, Etai’s Breakfast and Burgers, JAX Seafood House, KFC, Spruce & Bloom, Secure Health Partners and TCR Americas, according to the July 1 committee minutes.

The minutes show the package advanced by consent without recorded dissent or substantive committee debate.
