Littleton e-bike and e-moto rules

Littleton is deciding how to regulate and enforce the use of electric bicycles and electric motorcycles, including safety equipment, parental responsibility, impoundment and trail access. After a study-session discussion, staff will revise the ordinance and related public information for further council consideration.
