Littleton economic development incentives

Littleton is considering changes to its Economic Partnership Incentive Policy governing tax reimbursements, fee waivers, grants, financing and other tools used to attract or retain private investment. The proposed update would give staff more flexibility in negotiating project-specific incentives while preserving Council approval and public-process requirements.
