Colorado graduated income tax

A proposed constitutional and statutory change would replace Colorado’s single flat income-tax rate with graduated rates, with additional revenue designated for K-12 education, health care, and early childhood care and education. The measure would also address how that revenue interacts with the state’s constitutional revenue limits.
