Commerce City long-term financial plan

Commerce City is developing a 10-year financial plan and forecast model that projects long-term deficits and fund-balance pressures, evaluates revenue and expenditure scenarios, and is considering policy responses including property-tax changes and a residential trash fee; public engagement and a final report are planned.
