Bannock Lofts affordable housing

Denver is using $6.314 million in state Prop 123 funds to support Elevation Community Land Trust's construction of 82 income-restricted, for-sale condominiums at 507 Acoma near 5th and Bannock. Construction is anticipated to begin in late 2026, with homes expected to be available in 2028.
