Wheat Ridge Wilmore Davis redevelopment

Wheat Ridge is acquiring the former Wilmore Davis Elementary School site, retaining land for a future public park and transferring the school building and remaining property to Spectra Centers for specialized education; the transactions are moving toward an expected closing.
