Artline Village redevelopment

Colorado's public-private partnership unit is pursuing redevelopment of 14.4 acres of state property in Lakewood into affordable and for-sale housing, childcare spaces and artist studios; the project is restarting community engagement and rezoning after a citywide zoning-code repeal.
