Cottage Hill affordable housing preservation

Denver is amending its HOME loan and property covenant for Cottage Hill Senior Apartments at 3755 Tennyson St. to recognize a new owner and borrower, support new senior financing, and continue the property’s affordable-housing use through 2050.
