Denver Water-Dominion water partnership

Denver Water and Dominion Water & Sanitation District are establishing a long-term arrangement for shared infrastructure and water storage involving Waterton Canyon, the High Line Canal, Platte Canyon Reservoir and Chatfield Reservoir; the agreement is intended to resolve condemnation litigation and set operating and cost-sharing rules.
