Commerce City long-term financial plan

Commerce City is developing a consultant-led long-term financial plan for its operating and capital budgets to assess trends and risks and guide financial sustainability beyond the annual budget cycle. The budget book says the plan is nearing completion and is expected to be used beginning in 2027.
