Douglas County attainable housing partnership

Castle Rock, Douglas County, Lone Tree and Parker established the Douglas County Housing Partnership as a regional housing authority to coordinate programs and projects for attainable housing and local workers. The agreement sets its governance, member funding and authority; a 2008 amendment updated its structure as it became operational.
