404 Perry Street parking redevelopment

The owner of 404 Perry Street proposes demolishing the existing buildings, including a pre-1945 structure, and creating surface parking for Courtyard at Castle Rock tenants and customers. A neighborhood meeting is scheduled as the proposal enters review.
