Littleton Geneva Village redevelopment

Littleton is evaluating the future of the city-owned Geneva Village site, including whether to reactivate or demolish its vacant housing complex and which redevelopment approach to pursue. The advisory team recommends a phased approach coordinated with planning for the larger 28-acre city-owned site; the city has not yet selected a redevelopment or disposition strategy.
