Castle Rock Chatfield pump-back project

Castle Rock Water is developing a project to move water stored in Chatfield Reservoir to Castle Rock reservoirs through pump stations and a pipeline. The work includes design, permitting, and securing easements; the project is advancing through engineering and Town review.
