Plum Creek to Rueter-Hess pipeline

Castle Rock Water is building a pipeline and pump station to move renewable and reusable water from Plum Creek to Rueter-Hess Reservoir. The multi-phase project is advancing with grant support and a proposed state water-project loan to help fund construction.
