Denver West 38th Avenue Phase II pedestrian mall

Denver maintains the Phase II West 38th Avenue Pedestrian Mall through a local maintenance district. The city approves annual care, operation, repair, maintenance and replacement costs; existing reserves cover the 2027 costs, so no additional property assessment is planned for that year.
