Commerce City improvement district budgets and levies

Commerce City's improvement districts are setting annual budgets and certifying mill levies. The November 2026 agenda includes 2027 budget and levy actions for the E-470 Commercial Area, E-470 Residential Area, and Northern Infrastructure districts.
