McLellan Reservoir land development

The Englewood/McLellan Reservoir Foundation manages land around McLellan Reservoir in Douglas County and oversees leasing and development on behalf of Englewood, with the stated purpose of protecting the city's water rights. A lease for Lots 4 and 5 south and west of the C-470 interchange is in its permitting period for a residential development; construction permits and financing remain in progress.
