Castle Rock nonprofit basic-needs grants

Castle Rock’s annual Philip S. Miller grant program funds nonprofits providing necessities such as food, shelter, water and energy assistance. The Public Safety Commission heard 2027 applicant presentations; Town Council reviews and approves the program budget annually.
