Aurora Murphy Creek development plan

The Murphy Creek General Development Plan guides development across the community. A fourth amendment covering about 193 acres would reduce the residential unit cap and revise streets, parks, trails, stream corridors and infrastructure requirements; the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended it to City Council.
