Chachi’s Italian-American incentives

Littleton is considering a sales-tax rebate agreement to support Chachi's Italian-American's restaurant project at 2589 W. Main Street. Staff recommends bringing the proposed agreement to City Council for consideration; the packet describes a 50% sales-tax rebate capped at $350,000 over up to five years.
