Littleton Bear Valley Bible Institute development

Littleton approved a conceptual master development plan for Bear Valley Bible Institute to reuse the former Kiewit headquarters at 7926 S. Platte Canyon Road as offices and a ministry training center. An adaptive reuse permit is the next step.
