Arapahoe competency restoration program

Arapahoe County and the Sheriff’s Office provide detention-facility space, custody staffing and operational support for a state competency-restoration program run by RecSol Recovery Solutions. The agreement sets a contracted census of 78 beds and outlines responsibility for security, treatment support and payment.
