Denver police investigate outdoor death on California Street

Denver police said Sunday they were investigating an outdoor death in the 2100 block of California Street. The department released no information about the deceased person or the circumstances of the death.
In a post published at 9:33:46 UTC Sunday, DPD said the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner would determine the cause of death. The department said it would update the thread only if the investigation’s status changed to homicide. As of 2:13 UTC Monday, the thread had no follow-up announcing that classification or identifying the deceased.
