A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a hit-and-run crash near Sheridan Boulevard and Hampden Avenue, Denver police said late Saturday.

The crash involved a motorist and a motorcyclist, police said in a post published at 11:23 p.m. Saturday. Police warned drivers of delays and advised them to use alternate routes.

As of Sunday morning, police had not released a vehicle or suspect description, license-plate information or a later update on the motorcyclist’s condition.
