The proposal would extend the city’s video-production agreement through Aug. 14, 2028, and fund human-resources campaigns and other citywide projects.

Denver has proposed a $650,000 maximum for a revised video-production agreement with Sunny Side Up Solutions, which would extend the work through Aug. 14, 2028, the proposed agreement says.

The proposed budget assigns $400,000 across the first three contract years and $125,000 for each of years four and five. Payments would depend on annual City Council appropriations.

The work would support the Office of Human Resources’ marketing and communications, including its #EmployeeTV, #SeeYourselfTV and #SeeYourselfHere employment-brand videos, as well as other projects tied to mayoral and citywide human-resources priorities. The proposed resolution describes those goals; the revised scope includes video planning, filming, editing and related production services.

The proposal follows a different measure, Resolution 26-1116, which the Council defeated 6-6 on Aug. 10. That proposal sought a $1 million contract amount; the revised proposal sets a $650,000 maximum.

Resolution 26-1303 received committee approval by consent on Sept. 22 and was listed for Mayor-Council review on Sept. 29, the city’s matter record shows. Under the proposed agreement, any required City Council approval and city signatures must occur before it binds Denver.
