A Denver City Council committee approved a resolution that would authorize up to $1,722,590 in state construction assistance for 28 for-sale homes at Loretto Heights. The grant agreement’s statement of work targets a Nov. 15, 2026, construction start and an Oct. 31, 2028, deadline to spend the funds.
The plan describes eight three-story buildings: four with three townhomes each and four with four. It describes the homes’ affordability level as 100% of area median income. Denver plans to grant the funds to project owner THB LHMIR LLC.
Denver’s Legistar matter page listed committee approval by consent on Sept. 29 and no final action as of Oct. 8. The filed resolution would authorize the agreement, which says it is not valid until approved and signed by the State Controller or an authorized delegate.
