Denver missing middle housing rules

Denver’s Community Planning and Development department is developing zoning changes to enable more missing-middle housing in lower-scale neighborhoods, including through affordability and home-retention bonuses. The proposal is being refined through advisory and public input, with a draft and later Planning Board and City Council review planned.
