Broomfield FlexRide expansion pilot

RTD and Broomfield are implementing a FlexRide expansion pilot through 2028, extending weekday evening service, adding peak-period capacity, and introducing Sunday and holiday service in Broomfield. The pilot is funded with federal grant money and a Broomfield local match, and its performance will inform future service decisions.
